Please note: We no longer offer
support on Saturdays or Sundays.
We charge £35.00 per half and hour, with a minimum charge of 30
minutes for each visit. We offer PC Health Checks at a fixed rate
of £60 + VAT per PC (discounted rates available for multiple PC)
We also offer a Remote Access Support Service where we charge £17.50
+ VAT per 15 minutes, with a minimum charge of £17.50 + VAT.

 Founded
in 1995, Gryphon Computer Support Ltd has built a reputation for friendly,
efficient service. We try to avoid using 'computerspeak', attempting
to give clear, simple advice and guidance. If your problem is
'business critical' we will endeavor to drop everything and come running.
We provide support to business and to domestic customers in their
home.
We carryout repairs on-site where ever possible
but occasionally it is better to carryout the repairs in our
workshop. In that case we will collect the PC from you,
repair it, return it and set it up again.
We provide PC Technical Support, advice and help
on Windows and a wide range of software packages, including
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access). We can
also provide some support for Apple PCs and laptops, together
with help and advice on iPads and Android equivalents.

packaging and Contract Packing services for the aerospace and
defence sector.
We have written all their Production Management software, timeclock
recording & analysis software, Stores and Purchasing management
software, MoD640
printing and MoD P2P label printing software. We have also
developed a number of specialist Packing/Despatch/Label Printing packages
to help them manage their Contract Packing services. All created
using Microsoft Access.

Management System
which helps them manage a major Ministry of Defence contract.

Site Based Support
We can visit your office or home between the
hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
We are based in Ruan Minor, and cover The Lizard Peninsular,
including Cadgwith, Mullion, Lizard, Helston, Coverack.
Note! Virus removal is done in our workshop. However,
we will collect and return the PC once the viruses have been
removed.
Telephone or Remote Support
We provide telephone support on PC performance
problems, software and hardware problems, Internet and WiFi
connection problems, advice on dealing with viruses. Telephone support is chargeable
at £17.50 per 15 minutes (minimum 15 minutes). Payment can
be by Visa/MasterCard or American Express.
Telephone and Remote support is
available, Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We no longer
work on Saturdays or Sundays.
Using powerful Internet based software we can
remotely control your PC just as if we were sitting at it. We
can resolve many software related problems, configure email
settings etc. and carryout routine maintenance.
